Warranty

• The I-M4 Mono Cruiser will be provided with the following warranty, subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions.

• Warranty does not extend to standard wear and tear items, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, cables, seat covers or steering arm T bar assembly and to paint finish.
• Quick Play Golf Australia hereby reserves the right to refuse claims arising from misuse, abuse and lack of maintenance.
• 6 month warranty for battery.

CONDITIONS THAT VOID YOUR WARRANTY

• The I-M4 Mono Cruiser has been wrongfully charged or supplied voltage or amperage other than specified by the manufacturer.
• The I-M4 Mono Cruiser has not been maintained according to instruction manual.
• Damage caused by negligent use, abuse or misuse.
• Unauthorised use.
• The I-M4 Mono Cruiser shall only be occupied by one (1) person at any given time.
• Warranty is not transferable and is acknowledged only from invoice stating proof of purchase from Quick Play Golf Australia.
• At the discretion of Quick Play Golf Australia, if it is considered that tampering has occurred warranty shall become void.

PARTS AND SERVICES

Any repairs can be carried out and a full range of parts are kept in stock.

DECLARATION

Quick Play Golf Australia does not guarantee that the I-M4 Mono Cruiser will comply with pedestrian laws within each state of Australia. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they meet all governmental requirements and conform with their individual state laws.
